Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity within our Internal Sales Team at our Milton Keynes site for a Senior Internal Sales Executive.   This role focuses on sales within the Transactional Aerospace Sales Team and supporting profitable growth within the business.

Please note this role is based full time at our Milton Keynes site.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • The design and implementation of processes required for meeting the contractual deliverables of the Sales Team
  • Supporting the budgeting process of the Contractual Accounts to meet EBIT/tkVA requirements
  • To recognise and help develop areas of profitable growth for Contractual Accounts
  • Ensure contract deliverables of the Sales Team are met, to include but not limited to service, quality, cost, and aftermarket
  • Coordination of activities both internal and external to ensure contract deliverables are met
  • Completion of sales quotations
  • Supporting the creation of strategic proposals and bids
  • Ownership of  customer’s material demand planning process, focusing on improving customer forecast accuracy, improving material availability and achievement of positive tkVA
  • Sales order book management within SAP to ensure contract deliverables are met.
  • Maintain regular customer stock lists & SAP contract reports and manage inventory levels.
  • Purchase order requisitions and other documentations/processes to be completed in support of material purchasing
  • Customer reporting and communications to include business reviews including regular status updates
  • Work in conjunction with Sales Support to provide efficient and effective customer service
  • Work in conjunction with Credit Control on cash collection and credit limits
  • Master data creation and integrity within SAP
  • To ensure all functions are performed in accordance with tk compliance requirements
  • To seek out opportunities for ‘Materials as a Service’ ethos
  • To develop accounts to Key Account status and pass ‘up stream’
