Job Description

We have a new, dynamic role for a Sales Executive who will focus on internal sales within the Aluminium Plate & Bar sales stream and support profitable growth within the business.

 

Main Accountabilities:

  • To exceed sales budget
  • Support the budgeting process of the Plate & Bar Accounts to meet EBIT and other company targets
  • To continually manage & grow allocated accounts
  • Consistently make promotional calls & report progress to sales manager
  • To recognise and help develop areas of profitable growth for P&B Accounts
  • Ensure contract deliverables of the P&B Accounts are met, to include but not limited to service, quality, cost
  • Completion of sales quotations in SAP
  • Ownership of P&B Accounts, focusing on improving customer forecast accuracy, improving material availability and achievement of profitability targets
  • Purchase order requisitions and other documentations/processes to be completed in support of material purchasing
  • Customer reporting and communications to include business reviews including regular status updates
  • Working in conjunction with Business Development Managers on new sales & added value opportunities
  • Work in conjunction with Sales Support to provide efficient and effective customer service
  • Work in conjunction with Credit Control on cash collection and credit limits
