Telephone screen

Once your application has been reviewed, if our team feels you are a potential match for the position, we will arrange a telephone screening call with you. This will be an informal chat with a member of our Talent Acquisition team where we will discuss the role, what it is like working for us and also find out more about your experience and answer any questions you may have.
Stage 3

Hiring Manager Review

Following the telephone screening call, the Hiring Manager for the role will review your application further and decide if they would like to progress you to an interview.
Stage 4

Onsite Interview

Following the telephone screening call, the Hiring Manager will decide if they would like to invite you to an onsite interview where we will continue to learn more about your experience and skills, suitability for the role and to understand if you align with our company values and the ways we like to work. 

Our company values demonstrate how we like to work and treat our teams and so we are passionate about bringing in people who also align with these.
Stage 5

Post interview

If you have been successful at interview stage, you will receive a phone call to verbally offer you the position and talk you through the offer details.

If you have sadly not been successful, we will still update you and provide feedback so that you understand areas to develop in for the future.
